Mobile Stables & Shelters

Mobile field shelters are highly versatile buildings that you can place anywhere in your field and use for paddock rotation. They tend to be open-fronted, and you will find that your horse will stand behind it in the winter, and will enter during the warmer summer months.

We have been building mobile field shelters since 2001, after looking very carefully at the marketplace to ensure we could create a stronger and more robust unit. As with all our mobile products, we designed the sledge strong enough to adequately support a standard building, rather than produce a light weight thus inferior quality product – so you get all the benefits of our static range, together with the benefits of our sledge, such as the external anti-flex gusset and the tow bars.

If you have a couple of horses, this is the most cost-effective option we can deliver, and our most popular unit is the 10’x20’. This features two openings at the front, which stops one animal cornering another.

Offering a huge amount of flexibility, there are a variety of options available to you, some of which you can see on these pages. We offer an infill panel, complete with a door and window for conversion into a stable, or the addition of an internal partition to create a haybarn.

Both of our 10’x18’ and 12’x18’ units have an off set opening which will allow for an internal tack room partition to create either a tack room or even a hay barn.
