Internal Stabling Specifications
Framework
We use a combination of box section steel ranging from 20mm x 20mm to 70mm x 70mm and special formed chanels all steel is Hot Dip Galvanised for longevity.
Kickboards
Iroko hardwood or softwood 38mm x 150mm tongue & groove.
Bottom side hung doors
The standard width is 1135mm and stands at 1200mm high and is fitted with fixed hinges a kickover latch and a padbolt as standard. Adjustable hinges, pig latches can be fitted as an optional extra.
Top side hung door
Again the standard width is 1135mm, the height will be adjusted to suit the height of the panel. there are various options for the top door as follows solid door fitted with kickboards, hinged anti weave grills, removable anti weave grills fitted to the bottom door or a barred door.
Sliding doors
Our sliding doors are 1135mm wide and the height is adjusted to suit you requirements. The bottom door is 1200mm high with an anti weave grill above, this can be changed for bars or even a solid door.
Height
The traditional Ideal Range units are 2135mm high and the Victorian style Elite Range are 2480mm high. These measurements can be adjusted to suit you requirements.
